Terms & Conditions
By approving these terms & conditions and submitting your order, a binding agreement is entered into.
1.1 By ordering items via the webshop the customer makes an offer to conclude a purchase agreement.
1.2 The iPadGrabbit.com webshop could be subject to change, yet we thrive to update as accurate as possible. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event if the stock level was incorrect or in the event of unforeseen circumstances at the time of receiving the order.
1.3 We reserve the right to alter or adjust the price of our products at any given time at our discretion. We also reserve the right to mention the right price for an item when it was incorrectly mentioned on the website at the time of placing an order.
1.4 When we are unable to deliver, in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. If the payment has been made in advance, your money will be refunded within 30 days. In the event of late deliveries a new delivery date will be offered. If this is not suitable then you have the right to cancel the order.
2.1 We offer payments via PayPal or iDEAL. PayPal accepts the following payments: by bank, VISA, MasterCard and American Express.Paying by means of iDEAL simply involves using online banking with one of the participating banks: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, Regiobank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank, Van Lanschot Bankiers.
2.2 When your order is submitted, you receive a notice about the payment of your purchase.
2.3 For questions about your order, please email us at email@example.com and mention your name, order number and the purchased products. We will reply within three days.
3 Shipping & Delivery
3.1 All deliveries will be shipped by DPD. The charges are set in 3 categories; Local (NL), EU and World Wide. The charges are based on the average weight and shipping & location.
3.2 International customs duties and sales taxes of you order will not be refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
4 Delivery status
When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a dispatch number via e-mail which you can use to track your order.
5 Product quality– defective products
5.1 The photos shown on the webshop and galleries are carefully shot by us. This to show you every detail we like about our beautiful products. Our goal is to make photos where the product is shown at his best. If in some way the actual product is damaged or doesn’t correspondent with the images presented in the gallery, please contact us within 24 hours after you received the goods. Email us a photograph of the goods to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you within the period of 3 days.
5.2 When we have received the returned product and approved the claim, you will be informed and a new product along with compensation return-shipping costs will be sent to you, or we will refund you for the product.
6 Refunds & exchanges
6.1 If you wish to exchange a product, please email to email@example.com as soon as possible to reserve another product color. Exchanges could be done within a period of 3 days after you receive the goods.
6.2 Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 7 days after receiving it. You have the right to open the package and check the contents, but the product must be return unused. All original packaging shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. Please return the package with a dispatch number, so that it can be traced by us.
7 How to make a return
7.1 When returning goods by mail please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please mention your purchase order number, regarding items with the reason of return. We will contact you within 3 days. You will find the address for returns below. We will not refund the cost of return-shipping costs. If you wish to send back the whole or part of the order we will give you a discount code with the amount you have paid.
7.2 International customs duties and sales taxes of you order will not be refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
8 Discount Codes
8.1 The discount code is valid for a period of one month and can be used for full or part payment of orders via the Foundation. Discount codes are not personal and are valid for one month from the date of purchase or from the date when items have been returned. The discount codes may not be exchanged for cash. The discount codes may not be published.
8.2 The coupon code expires after you use it to purchase from the webshop. If there is a remaining amount, we advise you to shop a little bit longer and add some extra items to your basket.
9 The webshop
9.1 If you experience technical problems with the webshop, please contact us at email@example.com and we get back to you within 3 days.
9.2 All content of www.iPadGrabbit.com including photographs, logos, and videos belong to Tangilsing or other parties we closely work with.
